Integrated building intelligence: CCTV, access control, BMS, PA & more.
ELV systems are the low voltage building systems such as CCTV, access control, public address and building management. Druthi Power Controls designs, supplies, installs and commissions them as one package, together with structured cabling.
DPCL's ELV division covers IP CCTV, biometric access control, Building Management Systems, and structured cabling, all designed, supplied, installed and commissioned as one package for commercial, institutional and industrial facilities.
HD/4K IP cameras, NVR recording and remote monitoring. Indoor/outdoor, PTZ and analytics.
Biometric, card-based and face-recognition access, with door controllers, turnstiles and boom barriers. Integration with HR systems.
BMS/BAS for HVAC, lighting, energy metering and fire alarm integration. Centralised dashboard, remote monitoring.
IP PA and EN54-16 compliant voice alarm systems for commercial buildings, hospitals, campuses and metro stations.
Master Antenna TV and IPTV distribution for hotels, hospitals and residential complexes.
Cat 6/6A copper and OM3/OM4 fibre backbone, with TIA-568/ISO 11801 certified end-to-end installations.

ELV (extra low voltage) systems are the low voltage services of a building: CCTV, access control, building management, public address and voice alarm, TV distribution and structured cabling. They run on the same cable routes and often share the network, so planning them together saves cost and rework.
The value of ELV comes from linking systems: the fire alarm releasing access doors, the BMS reading plant status, the PA carrying evacuation messages. Agree these links at design stage and write them into the scope.
Ask for as built drawings, cable test results, user training and a clear list of what is under warranty at handover.
This is general information. The governing code, the project design and the local fire authority decide the exact requirements for your site.
